No matter how life shows up for us, each with our own story, hurts and pains, we travel a path together befriending the mind. With kindness and openness, we see our innocence and our innate goodness, revealing a kind friendly universe.

What do I offer

The Work

The Work is a simple yet powerful process of enquiry, a journey of looking inward at what brings anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, depression or any thought that causes suffering. In The Work we ask four questions of any stressful thought. Through this questioning, the thoughts lose their power. Great spiritual texts describe the what—what it means to be free. The Work is the how. It shows you how to identify and question any thought that would keep you from that freedom.

EFT/Tapping

EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques also called Tapping are very effective techniques that can help overcome emotional anxieties, phobias, limiting self beliefs, finding relief in chronic illness, and pain, meeting our challenges, and realising our goals. Whatever we are experiencing, be it old hurts, trauma, sadness, anger, resentment, stress, unhelpful habits, a lack of confidence to move forward, finding fulfilment at home, at work, or in relationships, EFT often works where nothing else will. In this process, we discover the gifts in our struggles.

Meditation/Mindfulness

Mindfulness is befriending ourselves and our experience of living, nurturing a gentle, non-judgmental attitude toward our self, being present to our thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations arising from moment to moment. It supports relief from stress and unease in our lives, opening us up to peace and rest in each moment of living . Life is a dance. Mindfulness is awareness of the dance. Meditation is the practice of finding peace within the dance.

Our experiences are never here to destroy us. They are here for us to grow.

In my earlier life, I was confused and at war with the way life was. I wanted to make others, especially family members, happy – so that I could be happy (as if I could – hopeless!). I had a heartfelt wish, an inner knowing there must be a kinder way in living this life, being at ease with myself, and being connected with those around me no matter what was happening. Gradually I am moving from a life where I was constantly looking for love, approval and appreciation from others, to a life in which I feel a freedom to know who I really am, and be with the love of my life – me. These processes and practices continually offer me ways to meet life as it is, finding the victim in me, and questioning anything that keeps me from experiencing the love and kindness in everything.

It was my introduction to meditation over 30 years ago that started me on a path of freedom. Since then I discovered EFT alias Tapping, and shortly after The Work of Byron Katie, along with other paths to wellness I practice today. Each way has had a profound effect in my own life, and I am happy to share them with others. All my experiences that came before, add to my own way as a practitioner today.

Working with adults

Working together, I will accompany you on your journey to finding a greater sense of inner peace and love, and a deeper connection with yourself and others. We will work on being with the thoughts that causes pain and suffering. With honesty and gentleness we will face the traumas, addictions, anxieties, stresses, unfilled ambitions, limiting beliefs, losses and hurts, thus allowing one to have a renewed sense of wellbeing and joy.

Working with children

I look to support babies, children and teenagers to embrace their challenges and find coping skills to gain relief from feeling scared, yucky, sad, anxious, out of sorts, or angry. These profound methods offer relief from low self esteem, loss, phobias, trauma, bullying, social challenges,or a funny tummy. Kids can also learn and take home simple ways to process their own emotions. As each child is unique, we find what ways work best to support each individual character.

Working with groups

I love sharing these ways of finding peace with whatever life brings to us in our world. In small groups, we will walk the path and practice together. I aim to provide a safe , loving, supportive and kind space that meets each of us right where we are now. I hold specific workshops on The Work of Byron Katie, Mindfulness and EFT, with the aspiration for each participant to come away with a method or practice to live in their daily life.

How does it work

Step 1.

Step 2.

First session

A typical first session is up to 1.5 hours long. As a start, we will look at what you’d like to explore. Each session is unique and draws from the practices of EFT, The Work and Meditation. At the end, we will discuss any future practices that can be integrated in your life.

Step 3.

Design your process

We discuss what best suits you on the next step on your journey. You decide on the path and process you want to follow. Trusting our innate wisdom is choosing a path of wellness. Follow up sessions generally last up to one hour.
