EFT / Tapping resources

Tapping/EFT points –  a simple demonstration.

The best way to get started with EFT is to go to Gary Craig’s website (EFT founder) and start looking around. He provides everything you need to know to begin using EFT, including the ability to download his EFT manual for free and purchase the entire EFT course. Make sure to check out the EFT tutorial and frequently-asked-questions sections, and Newcomer’s Message.

The Work Of Byron Katie Resources

The website of Byron Katie has lots of information on how to do The Work, and videos of people doing The Work with Katie.

There you can also download the worksheet to get started, together with other resources and introduction videos to help you fill out the worksheet, such as this one. You can also watch a brilliant documentary Turn It Around telling you more about The Work here on Vimeo.
