EFT / Tapping

Matrix Reimprinting

Matrix Reimprinting is a fascinating extension to EFT. The field or matrix is all around us, and connects us to our past. We hold our specific traumas and stressful life experiences in the matrix, and they influence our every thought pattern, behaviour and action. Matrix Reimprinting facilitates us to step into the world of our past as a child and our ancestry, to understand and resolve our childhood emotional traumas. When we suffer what we perceive as a painful event or trauma, we freeze and in doing so, we hold that trauma in the body. Using Matrix Reimprinting, we can safely unfreeze the trauma and release it, bringing a deep level of resolution to the younger part of us that has been holding it all of this time. Matrix Reimprinting gives us a chance to review the reaction we had at that time, and change it with the insight and wisdom we gained since the original event. While we don’t change what happened at the time, we change our perception of it, and therefore, what was a traumatic memory can become a non-event. Working with Matrix Reimprinting, can benefit us in many ways. It opens us to compassion, wisdom and forgiveness in the past. It enables us to experience profound self-healing here and now. Resolving ‘echos’ in the past, it brings presence, and a sense of well being in body and mind, and ease in our lives today.

The Work (of Byron Katie)

The Work is an astonishingly simple process, accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds, and requires nothing more than a pen, paper, and an open mind. It’s a way to understand what’s hurting us, and address the cause of our problems with clarity. The Work consists of four questions and the turnarounds.’ All war begins on paper’ Byron Katie explains. Write down your stressful thoughts, and ask yourself the 4 questions of each thought. The Work is meditation. This practice allows us to access the wisdom that always exists within us. Discover for yourself how this Work can awaken an unconditional kind and loving presence within you. All the suffering that goes on inside our minds is just a story we torture ourselves with. Every time you do The Work you are becoming enlightened to who and what you are, the true nature of being. To question what you believe is an amazing gift to give yourself, and you can have it all the days of your life. The answers are always inside you, just waiting to be heard.

Mindfulness / Meditation

Mindfulness is a form of meditation. Mindfulness is deliberately paying attention to what is happening around and within you – in your body, heart and mind. It is awareness without criticism or judgment. Mindfulness means maintaining a moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, kind view. Being Mindful brings a clearer understanding of our life experience, being aware of the coming and going of life, and a willingness to let everything be as it is. This can lead to a clearer understanding of our life experience and also finding a sense of stability in the face of it all.

Questions you might have

How do I know which of the methods is right for me?

After we have discussed and explored what particular issue it is you would like to work with, the process we work with naturally evolves, choosing what suits you as an individual. When you are drawn to, or want one particular method or practice we go with your choice.

Can these methods help with a physical issue?

Yes. We can work specifically on physical ailments. Often these symptoms serve as a gateway to finding what is underlying the pain, on an emotional or spiritual level, and relief and freedom of physical discomfort are felt, as a result. Most ancient cultures point to the connection between body, mind and spirit, and recognize that each is a part of the whole. Now, integrative medicine and health psychology are recognizing that the physical body is affected by our emotions; our thoughts direct how we feel.

EFT can be a very practical way to work with physical symptoms. EFT can provide relief for common aches and pains such as headaches (even migraines), joint pain, stomach aches, back pain, muscle pains, arthritis, and more.

In the Work of Byron Katie, we question our thoughts and often deep beliefs about physical issues. This process is not to get rid of symptoms, rather to explore how we experience living with our thoughts about the physical issue, and how would it be to live now without the thought. It’s a radical and different way to explore physical issues. 

Can any of these methods help me with my specific issue?

From my own personal experience using EFT, and with The Work of Byron Katie and Mindfulness being my daily practice, they support me to keep finding peace and understanding

An answer I give coming from experiences as an EFT practitioner is “Many others experience great results with their specific issue” For example EFT has been tried on just about every issue, problem or physical ailment you can imagine.

In the Work of Byron Katie, we have a very simple powerful method to question any thought that causes us suffering. This can be applied to any thought, pain or issue. It is a way to peace no matter what is arising or happening, now or in the past or feared in the future. The Work is meditation, sitting in a thoughts and discovering how we live our live with this thought, and how would it be without this thought. Simple and yet life changing.



How much does one session cost?

The initial session which lasts up to 1.5hours is €100.

Follow up sessions are €80/hour.

If you book 3 follow up (hour-long) sessions, it is at a discounted rate of €210.

These prices are for sessions online via Skype/Zoom or Phone and for 1:1 in person.

How many sessions may I need?

The answer to this really depends on the type of issue you’re experiencing, and in what way you would like to journey with what arises. What is hoped is for you to experience in each session, is some shift or change in your understanding and emotional response to a given specific situation and to find healing and transformation in your whole being. We can discuss what suits you best at the end of the session.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, online sessions are conducted via WhatsApp/Skype/Zoom/Facetime.

Is it as effective to meet on the phone, instead of one on one in person?

Many people i have met say they prefer attending a session on the phone/Zoom/Skype over a one to one session in the practice place. They feel they are not as distracted. It saves traveling and the time to get there, and the client finds it more comfortable and easier to work from their own chosen place. It is preferable for the first session to have a video call so we can see each other, however it isn’t necessary. For the sessions it is important to have a quiet, undisturbed space for yourself during the designated time. It is equally effective, and is a matter of preference and/or convenience.

Do you offer homoepathic remedies, essences and nutritional advise in a session?

Yes. I am a registered classical homeopath. I  work in a health food shop, offering nutritional advise. I work with remedies and essences. I offer some or any of these as part of the general session, when it arises, and if you are interested.

How can I find out more about how to practice these methods?

There are different resources available for you.
I hold group events online and in person in The Work of Byron Katie and EFT/Tapping. The aim of both these workshops is that you can find for yourself how to apply EFT/Tapping and The Work of Byron Katie and bring the different practices home.
